Zorica Brečić, I am the Owner, Managing Director and Chief Advisor in Financial and Management Reporting and Accounting and Business Optimisation. My belief is that numbers are built by people and in my career, I stand out as a “people-oriented CFO”. In 1998 I graduated at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija, Croatia, and in 2008, I obtained master’s degree in Accounting with thesis “Internal calculation and management accounting reporting in an airline company”. In 2016, I obtained Executive MBA degree from Cotrugli Business School. I possess Internal Auditor and Accountant Licences. My international career started in 1999 when I became in charge of finance of the shipping company Transeuropa shipping line d.o.o. In 2004, I have returned to Croatia and successfully built my career of in-house Financial and Accounting Department Manager, until in 2017 I founded Rhea Savjetovanje d.o.o. Over the course of my corporate career, I have participated in implementation of ERP systems, namely SAP and Microsft Dynamics NAV.
Since 2015, I have been transferring, happily and with enthusiasm, the acquired knowledge and experience to the future generations of controllers and tax specialists at the Institute for Management of the Business Management School in Zagreb.
